This free webinar is designed for finance staff who are involved in the schools’ year end process, and only those from finance support subscribing schools are eligible to attend.

As there is always such a tight deadline for LA maintained schools year end returns to be submitted, preparation is key, the more that is done in advance of 31^st March, the smoother the process will be.

This webinar gives advice on things to do in order to prepare in advance.

We will cover accruals, what they are and how to deal with them; tidying up your finance system and what to investigate; checking ring-fenced spending and reconciling control accounts.

There will be opportunities for delegates to ask questions at the end of each section of the presentation.
