This structured induction programme is essential for any new HR staff or school administrators who have responsibility for HR. The programme combines online training, practical exercises and tutor sessions covering the key aspects of HR that will be encountered on a regular basis. The training offers a structured programme of sessions over an school term to give delegates time to gain confidence and knowledge in these key areas and be able to apply this knowledge in practice in a supportive environment.
Delegates must be able to attend ALL sessions of the induction course. When signing up to the Induction course, delegates will be enrolled by us onto all training sessions - lasting 1.5- 2 hours. All delegates will be assigned an induction tutor to provide support and advice throughout the period of the induction programme.

- Maternity and other child related absences - 23rd October 2024, 9.30am-11.30am
- Understanding Local Government Pay and Conditions - 6th November 2024, 9.30am-10.30am
- Understanding Support Staff and Teachers Pay and Conditions - 6th November 2024, 10.45am-12.00pm
- Employment Contracts - 14th November 2024, 9.30am-11.30am

Once you have placed your Induction Training booking for your first Tutor Session on the 18th September 2024 by selecting the date and time in the drop down box below, you will be automatically enrolled and receive your confirmation of your booking. We will then enroll you to all the above training sessions and you will receive confirmations which will include your Teams Links to join your online training courses.
