Essential Training for New Finance Staff - Schools & Academies - Part 2 - Internal Controls, Financial Regulations and Reporting Requirements

Finance Officers in a school/academy need a diverse range of financial knowledge, including internal controls, financial administration and reporting requirements.

This series of modules provides the information needed to understand School/Academy finance and administration.

The second module in a series of six for the full course. Part 2 will cover financial regulations & internal controls; understanding business interests & related parties; budget monitoring requirements to the governors/trustees.

The presentation will include working demonstrations, to enable a better understanding. There will be opportunities throughout the session for delegates to ask questions.
