Self-Review of Assessment and Half-Day Scrutiny
Please Note: This is a course for Reviews & Audits
This review is a cost-effective way of auditing your curriculum without losing the rigour and challenge which comes from working with an external partner.
Following an initial short chat we will provide a self-review template for you to use within school, once completed we will book in a half a day with one of our school improvement experts to test your findings and identify clear next steps.
The review is organised within the 3 I's framework of:
- Intent - Whole School Planned Assessments
- Implementation - How the curriculum is adapted in light of teacher’s knowledge of the subject and the pupils
- Impact - Have pupils made progress? How do Leaders know?
In each of the areas a series of questions is provided and schools can record their response, identify evidence and consider next steps.
